This product is amazing, so glad I found it. My neighbor let me have some of his and I was hooked! My wife, who doesn't even like beef, killed most of the bag once she tasted it. Congrats on an amazing product.

Title says it all. It seriously the best. Amazing thin crispy bites, and just the right amount of heat.

I saw the booth at the Los Gatos Art & Wine Festival this weekend. The team behind the booth were nice about giving samples even when I wanted to try all of the flavors. I bought all four that were offered (not planning to buy more than one bag) and ended up buying a fifth bag on the way home. THIS JERKY IS AH-MAZING! I brought the fifth bag to a baby shower at my church bldg and the table of 8 ladies finished the bag!! They loved the texture and crispiness and the flavor (mild spicy). Wish I were at the festival today so I could buy another 4 or 5 bags! The texture is like crispy bacon and the flavor is so deelish! I’m a true fan. I can’t go back to “regular jerky” ever again! This is the best jerky I’ve ever had seriously! I got the mild flavor, and even without heavy heat, it had the perfect amount of spice to bring out all the rich, savory flavors. The fact that it’s made from brisket makes a huge difference! It was incredibly tender but still had that perfect crunch I didn’t even know jerky could have. Totally unique, and totally addictive I couldn’t put the bag down. If you're looking for something high-quality and unlike anything else out there, this Bay Area jerky is it.
