How It All Started
As a native Bay Area food enthusiast Tony is always in search of the tastiest Asian dishes and twists in the Bay Area. He realized as a big beef jerky fan he was absolutely not satisfied. Either the jerky was too bland, salty, dry, soft, or thick, it was simply just not right. This motivated Tony to make his own jerky to his liking. After years of mixing and testing the freshest ingredients, Tony finally created the perfect fuse of Asian inspired beef jerky with the perfect thickness and texture that his family and friends could not get enough of. It was when friends and family started sharing the jerky on trip and gathering that the demand became apparent. Tony was not alone and there was a huge community of Beef Jerky enthusiast like himself. This soon became a hobby and now a reality. Tony is doing what he loves as a food enthusiast and sharing his best creation.
