Born and raised in the Bay Area, Tony has always chased bold flavors and Asian-inspired dishes. As a lifelong jerky fan, he grew frustrated — everything on the market was too bland, salty, dry, or just off. So he decided to make his own.
After years of perfecting recipes with the freshest ingredients, Tony created a thin, crispy beef jerky with rich, Asian-inspired flavor that friends and family couldn’t get enough of. What started as a hobby quickly turned into something bigger.
