My cousin introduced me to this. His old co worker created this and IT IS BOMB. Chips so thin and crispy, it snaps immediately and then melts in your mouth. Unlike anything else I’ve ever had.

Love these Jerky Chips. I like the non spicy but the spicy is really good as well with a nice sweetness. Good smoke on the product. Really enjoy marbling and fat of the cut and how it holds up. Would love to see some
Other fatty cuts come out maybe in limited batches as the brisket is the money maker. Thanks BAS Jerky team
